Details about Session Packages

  • Session Frequency – Sessions are scheduled every 1-4 weeks (on the 1-2 week side for the first 3-6 months).

  • Session Content – Guidance will be provided for you in implementing the strategies outlined in your Customized Client Plan.

  • Session Preparation – You will be emailed a “Follow-Up Session Form” to fill out and return at least 2 days in advance (at times you will also fill out a “3-Day Food Journal”).  This provides an opportunity to share what you have been working on, successes and challenges, and questions or needs you would like covered in your upcoming session. 

  • Post Session – You will be emailed a detailed “Next Step Recommendations” document that re-caps the session and reviews your action steps (sent over within 1 day after your session).

  • Questions in-between Sessions – You can email brief questions you have regarding implementing your next steps that you are currently working on (questions, concerns, challenges etc.).  New topics not relevant to what we are working on need to wait for a future session and should not be brought up on email.
